If you are interested in starting therapy, the first step is completing this intake form. Once you complete the form, I will reach out via email to coordinate a time to connect over the phone for a free 15 minute consultation.

2. Free 15 minute Phone Consult

During this phone call we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy and any goals that you have. I will also share with you more about my style as a therapist and help answer any questions you have about working with me to ensure we are a good fit.

3. Schedule Your First Appointment

After our consultation call, if we decide we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll schedule your first session. Before that, I’ll send over some paperwork for you to complete. Throughout this process, I’m here to answer any questions or address any concerns you might have—don’t hesitate to reach out!
